Perakende Satış Becerileri Eğitimi
Özet: 

Yenilikte işbirliği ve iyi uygulamaların paylaşımı babında mesleki eğitim amaçlayan bir Erasmus+ projesinin hikayesi. Perakende satış elemanı olmak isteyenlere ve yeni başlayanlara çevrimiçi mesleki eğitim hedefli. Beş ülkeden mesleki eğitimle doğrudan ilgili ve Türkiye'den de mesleki eğitime öncelik veren perakende satış yapan kuruluşların ortak olarak katıldığı, temel eğitim ve sertifikasyon amaçlı bir proje. Çok ortaklı ve kendi işini bilse de içerik üretme ve sunma işine yeni bir grubun yaşadığı süreç. Sonunda servis edilen çevrimiçi eğitim beş dilde yayınlandı ve kullanılmaya başlanıyor.

Enhancement of Skills in Retail
Abstract: 

This is the story of an Erasmus+ project involving collaboration in innovation and sharing of best practices in vocational education. The aim was to provide online vocational training for those who want to be for those who are starting as sales people in retail. The purpose of the project was to provide basic training and certification with the involvement of partners from five different countries and companies that prioritize vocational training in Turkey. This was a process of learning as well as production of multiple partners who were experts in their professions but new to producing and presenting content. The end product is published in five languages as an online platform that is beginning to be used.
