Boğaziçi Üniversitesi Müzik Kulübü, New York Jazz Workshop ile işbirliği içinde dört gün sürecek  Jazz Workshop'ları düzenliyor!!

Etkinlikte 10,11,12 ve 13 Haziran tarihlerinde, 10:00-17:00 saatleri arasında improvizasyon, ritm, gitar ve vokal olmak üzere dört farklı parallel workshop yapılacak. Eğitmenler New York Jazz Workshop müzik okulunun, alanında ileri gelen hocaları olacak. Programın son günü olan 14 Haziran'da ise eğitmenler ve öğrenciler Albert Long Hall’de (13:30 - 17:00) bir canlı performans sergileyecekler.

Boğaziçi University Music Club has organized five days of music workshops and concerts, in collaboration with the New York Jazz Workshop musicians.

The available workshops are:

I) Jazz Improvisation Workshop

Learn the art of improvisation with New York Jazz Workshop faculty members Marc Mommaas and Nikolaj Hess.

II) Rhythm Workshop for all instruments

Students will take a journey through rhythm and time with A-­‐list New York City jazz musician and instructor, Tony Moreno.

III) Jazz Guitar Workshop

The Jazz Guitar Workshop will be led by one the world’s leading jazz guitar voices, Kenny Wessel.

IV) Vocal Workshop

The workshop is led by the multi-­‐talented and accomplished Fay Victor.

Students will be able to learn and perform alongside a professional rhythm session.

All classes will focus on jazz and improvised music, to participate you need at minimum be able to sing a tune or play a musical instrument.

There are a maximum of 10 available spots in each workshop, to qualify please fill out the following form, space is limited, we will notify you as soon as possible if you have been accepted.
