Ellen and Steve Levine are leaders in the field of expressive arts. Co-founders of ISIS Canada in Toronto, they are also principal teachers in the Expressive Arts programs at the European Graduate School in Switzerland. They are the authors and editors of many books that focus on the artistic basis of therapeutic work, including, together with Paolo Knill, Principles and Practice of Expressive Arts Therapy: Towards a Therapeutic Aesthetics and Art in Action: Expressive Arts Therapy and Social Change
